Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Coordinator to lead the delivery of critical infrastructure upgrades that support our network security strategy.

About the Role

This Melbourne-based opportunity is a 12-month engagement where you will play a key role in managing cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of firewall migration and out-of-band (OOB) implementation projects
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across business and technology domains to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Monitor and manage project timelines, risks, and budgets to guarantee timely delivery and optimal resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
  • Proven experience in firewall migrations and OOB implementations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Familiarity with network security technologies such as Palo Alto, Cisco, or Fortinet
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
