Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Claims Administration Officer to join our team on a 12-month assignment in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to claims managers involved in liability investigations
- Review claim status and progress claims by gathering outstanding information
- Manage email inboxes and refer received information to the correct claims manager
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, letter and SMS regarding their claims
- Follow up outstanding documentation and maintain orderly claims management practices
- Respond to requests in a timely manner
- Manage incoming calls and document client interactions
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claim updates
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to learn and work with multiple data systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- High typing accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent client service skills for phone and written communication
The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
