Claims Management Specialist

As a Claims Management Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team tasked with the registration of certificates and the processing of payments for accounts and weekly payments received on behalf of employers, injured workers, providers, and the Victorian WorkCover Authority in relation to injured worker's compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage weekly payment entitlements effectively
- Enter data for individual claims portfolios accurately
- Navigate high-risk calls with professionalism
- Process claims requests adhering to policies, laws, and regulations
- Handle CIP (Community Integration Program) Claims efficiently
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills within a medical or corporate environment, excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, sensitivity to issues related to people with medical, cultural, and social needs, and technical capabilities to work across multiple platforms.
You will work in a rapidly changing, sometimes high-pressured environment, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Being an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident is essential for this role.
