Senior Workplace Relations Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Workplace Relations Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on workplace relations matters, including enterprise agreement negotiations, industrial instruments, and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and specialist advice on workplace relations matters, including industrial instruments and enterprise agreement negotiations.
- Support the negotiation process, including research, response recommendations, and coordination of steering committees.
- Develop and implement change management and risk mitigation plans to ensure compliance with industrial instruments and enterprise agreements.
- Foster and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including HR, managers, and union representatives.
- Support, manage, and conduct investigations, disciplinary matters, and disputes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in workplace relations, with experience in enterprise agreement negotiations, industrial instruments, and dispute resolution. You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
