Workplace Relations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned senior ER specialist to join our team as a Workplace Relations Lead. As a trusted expert, you will play a critical role in driving superior workplace relations management and deliveringables across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a strategic advisor, partner, and conduit between employees, senior leaders, executives, and the People and Culture (P&C) team to drive workplace relations management and deliverables.
- Lead, manage, and undertake complex, technical, and/or highly sensitive ER/IR activities, while upskilling leaders and P&C team members in effective ER management practices.
- Develop and implement an organisation-wide WH&S strategy, including targeted initiatives and programs, to ensure a safe and supportive work environment.
We are looking for a commercially astute and pragmatic thinker with integrity, discretion, ER/IR expertise, and insight. You will have a demonstrated history of developing and implementing frameworks, systems, processes, and practices in relation to terms and conditions of employment, consultation, dispute prevention and settlement, negotiation, and influencing stakeholders.
