Senior Patient Care Coordinator

About the Role

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in aged care, with a focus on clinical leadership and staff development
  • Demonstrated understanding of Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and colleagues
