About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in a friendly and guest-focused environment at one of Queensland's most relaxed beachside locations.

This casual role offers an opportunity to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across rooms and shared areas, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the premises
  • Replenish amenities and supplies, tidy storage areas, and check appliances
  • Safely dispose of waste and report any maintenance requirements
  • Respect guest privacy and protect property
  • Work collaboratively while delivering exceptional service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • C class driver's licence
  • Friendly, warm, and customer-focused communicator with a team-first attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, great time management, and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping
  • Physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work (e.g. lifting, bending, walking stairs)
  • Confident using cleaning equipment, products, PPE, and site vehicles like buggies
