Senior Plumbing Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Leadman to join our team. As a key member of our plumbing crew, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems on construction sites.

Your primary duties will include overseeing the layout, fabrication, assembly, and installation of plumbing systems, as well as managing and training junior crew members. You will work closely with our foreman to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in mechanical contracting, preferably in a leadman or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including pipe installation, fitting, and testing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train junior crew members.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
