Student Experience Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Student Experience Specialist to join our team at The University of New England. As a key member of our academic resources unit, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality student experiences that drive success.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with various teams and schools to ensure accurate and consistent course advice is provided to students. You will lead the development, publication, and maintenance of resources that support both staff and students involved in course advising.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain clear, user-friendly advising resources (e.g., websites, video guides, templates).
- Lead and support a team, including acting as a point of escalation for complex student challenges.
- Review and update advising materials to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Build relationships with academic and administrative staff to align advising resources with university needs.
- Develop and maintain online resources using content management systems and tools.
- Evaluate resource effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary package, including $87,051 to $95,685 per annum (HEO6) plus 17% employer superannuation. You will also enjoy 5 weeks' annual leave plus Christmas week shutdown, per annum.
