Renewable Energy Grid Connection Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of power systems engineers in delivering grid connections for wind, solar, and energy storage projects.
About the Role- Lead and manage a team of 20+ power systems engineers focused on grid connection projects.
- Coordinate with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver reliable and timely grid connections.
- Identify and assess key risks to generator connection and implement effective risk management strategies.
- Develop relationships with clients and manage client expectations in challenging situations.
- Strong background in power systems (10+ years) including experience with PSS/E and PSCAD software packages.
- Experience in working with NSPs/AEMO and the NEM generator connection process.
- Proven track record of leading a team of engineers and strong drive to manage the team.
- Natural collaboration, teamwork, and mutual support skills.
- Ability to develop relationships with clients and manage client expectations in challenging situations.
- Passion for renewable and clean energy generation technology.
