We work across multiple sectors and locations, delivering for clients of any scope and size, while providing an agile and people-focused service.

We help our clients leverage performance management systems to enable more efficient and successful delivery outcomes for portfolios, programmes and projects.

We are looking for driven, adaptable Project Controls professionals who have excellent stakeholder engagement skills to join our team.

Life as a Project Controls Consultant:

  • The ability to work on multiple projects, increasing your experience and capability over time
  • Develop and maintain project schedules/cost controls/risk management/reporting
  • Perform analysis and interrogation on schedules/cost
  • Develop Project Controls systems and train clients in the use of reports
  • Maintain project reporting requirements
  • Ensure that performance is both positive and proactive and that you provide a high impact service – we fix problems quickly, without fuss
  • Support clients and offer further support wherever they need it in the delivery of their project

Business Development:

  • Identifying opportunities to develop our network & services
  • Participating in knowledge sharing & networking events
  • Providing market research to sector leads

Professional Development:

  • Participating in team meetings & internal social events
  • Embodying our values
  • Enrolling on internal training courses and taking an active role in your professional development – helping you grow

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years project experience
  • Good understanding of the benefits and application of project planning and project controls
  • High level of IT skills and experience using planning/cost/risk software
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Reliable and adaptable to change
  • Displays a positive can-do attitude and behaviour
