Project Controls Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the project controls team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • Supporting the project controls team with project development, implementation and delivery of project controls systems and processes.
  • Researching and managing databases for project-related information.
  • Collecting and reporting data related to project performance.
  • Carrying out project health checks and dispute avoidance measures.
  • Working closely with stakeholders, including the project controls team and clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has experience working in professional services and/or consultancy environment with exposure to major infrastructure projects.

In addition, we require individuals with some project experience, basic knowledge of construction and a willingness to learn and develop. You will also need to possess:

  • A degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Experience in scheduling management, program governance, change management and/or document control.
  • Stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships.
  • The ability to take initiative and grow professionally.
  • Prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
