Transportation Program Leadership Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our transportation program management efforts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale transportation projects, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic growth plans for transportation program management services
  • Mentoring and leading teams of professionals to deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize strategy, services, and quality control

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management/science, or equivalent is required. Additionally, 20+ years of experience in leading transportation projects, with a strong background in program management, is highly desirable.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a professional field
  • A minimum of 10 years of project management experience working with external clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in interviewing/fact-finding
  • Understanding of business services and procedures
