Director of Transportation Programs

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to drive the strategy for and manage the delivery of program management services across all market sectors within the transportation business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a program builder and mentor, with experience leading and managing large transportation programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for growth in program management services.
- Refine program management processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate staffing on relevant projects/programs for the transportation business unit.
- Provide oversight on large programs, including acting as the lead or principal in charge when necessary.
- Assist and support strategic and tactical pursuits specific to large programs.
- Serve as the program management business class director until program growth requires additional support.
- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience working with external clients.
- A bachelor's degree in a professional field, such as architecture, engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with interview experience.
- An understanding of transportation business services and procedures.
- Active participation in an employee-owned culture.
