Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead our team of Service Engineers and Technicians.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering warranty, service, spare parts, and solutions across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage technical expertise to drive business growth and development
  • Manage capacity planning, performance management, and professional development of the service team
  • Ensure technical expertise in the section is developed/adjusted to meet future business requirements
  • Provide warranty services in Australia for former products
  • Manage service requirements for warranty, services & spare parts
  • Assist with quotation of spare parts, service, hotline, and small projects
Requirements:

To be considered for this position you must meet the following criteria:

  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
  • Technically experienced in special purpose machinery design and build
  • Demonstrated SAP and basic project management experience is desirable
  • Capable of presenting sales awareness, production/service support experience is desirable
  • Desirable to have quality system and production process awareness
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well both in a team and independently
  • Must be customer focused
  • Must have a valid Australian driving license
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
