Business Payroll Transformation Leader

CIMIC Group, a leading engineering-led services company with a rich history dating back to 1899, is seeking a Payroll Business Transformation Manager. This leadership role focuses on driving change and improvements across payroll operations, processes, and systems.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing payroll systems and transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for transitioning payroll processing and operations to a new platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT) to align payroll transformation goals with broader business priorities.
- Identify best practices and implement innovative solutions, such as automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of driving group-wide transformational change, business case development, and business systems implementation.
- Strong technical background and leadership skills.
- Experience working in IT and business platform transformations in a global company.
