This is a unique chance to lead a major payroll transformation change program in a complex organisation with global brand recognition.

  • Manage the people change strategy for our Payroll Transformation Program - ensuring smooth adoption of new payroll systems, processes and ways of working across the group.
  • Work closely with senior program leaders, shaping and executing change strategies, managing stakeholders at every level and ensuring the organisation is ready to successfully transition without disruption to operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in change management leadership roles, delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs, and possess strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. A background in complex organisations in highly regulated industries would be advantageous.
