About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to join our Asset Solutions (Remedial & Facade) Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of contracts related to our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the contract management process from pre-construction through to project completion
  • Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and legal regulations
  • Develop and implement contract management policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and opportunities within contracts
  • Resolve contract disputes and claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers on contractual matters
Requirements
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Thorough understanding of construction contract law
