About the Role
The Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, person-centred nursing care in collaboration with individuals and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care using evidence-based practice.
- Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to achieve quality care.
- Maintain registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Develop effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
- Apply critical thinking to advocate for individualised person-centred care.
- Prioritise and organise workload with integrity and accountability.
Additional Requirements: Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination against Specific Diseases (OASV) Category A; compliance with NSW Health policy directive PD2024_015; influenza vaccination proof for NSW staff entering Residential Aged Care Facilities (RACFs).
