Job Title: Maintenance Director
In a world where efficiency and reliability matter, we need experts like you to drive our operations forward. As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for leading our site maintenance strategy, developing predictive and preventative plans that minimize downtime and maximize asset lifespan.
You will lead a high-performing team, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your goal will be to improve plant reliability and performance by reducing unplanned interruptions and increasing asset lifespan.
To achieve this, you will manage maintenance schedules, subcontractors, and shutdowns to minimize operational disruptions. You will also oversee critical spares, tools, and system inventory to ensure operational readiness.
We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of preventative maintenance systems and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM). Experience with fault finding, root cause analysis, and the use of predictive maintenance technologies is essential. A Trade Qualification in Mechanical Fitting or a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline is required. With 5+ years' experience in a maintenance leadership role within manufacturing or heavy industry, you will have a proven track record of driving performance in a safety-focused environment.
About This Role:

- Manage maintenance teams, ensuring high performance, safety, and accountability.
