Childcare Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Childcare Director to lead our team and drive the success of our centre. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and wants to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in childcare management, with experience in leading teams and driving growth and development. They will be responsible for building and nurturing a dedicated team, creating a positive and enriching environment for children and families, and ensuring full compliance with all Australian standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECT), with a strong focus on leadership and team management. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications: A Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ECT)
  • Experience: Previous experience as Childcare Centre Manager, or highly skilled 2 IC in Australia
  • Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Australian standards and regulations, including approved child protection training
