**Innovative Early Childhood Education Leader Wanted**

This leadership role is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and passionate early childhood educator to join our team in Gosford, NSW. As a Director of an innovative early childhood service, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated and passionate educators to provide high-quality care and education to children.

The service is located in the beautiful Gosford region, surrounded by sparkling waterways, stunning beaches, and magnificent national parks. You will have the opportunity to work with a small organisation that values trust, autonomy, and support in creating a positive work environment.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum two years' experience working in a similar environment.
  • Respectful individual aware, open, and mindful.
  • Experience with QikKids & CCMS, rostering, and managing a team.

As a Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the day-to-day operations of the service.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, management, and building the service's presence in the community (marketing).
  • Managing a team of dedicated and passionate educators.
  • Ensuring the service is operating to all NQF & other requirements.

**Benefits: **

  • Above award rates, approximately $40 - $48 per hour + super.
  • Staff discount on care for own children (if desired).
  • Bonus structure on top of the above in place to meet KPI's, such as increasing the service occupancy.
