About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our growing JAPAC team at dotdigital. As a key member of our Solution Consultancy team, you'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to provide technical pre-sales support and ensure clients' requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that meet client needs.
  • Translate client email marketing requirements into technical solutions using pre-sales and business analysis skills.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and partners at all levels, including sales, marketing, development, and project management.
  • Deliver presentations and online demonstrations to promote dotdigital platforms.
  • Analyse and write client requirements for our Custom Technical Solutions team.
  • Manage cross-departmental projects for RFI's and RFP's.
  • Provide technical briefings and training to new employees.
Desirable Skills
  • 1+ years' experience in a Solution Engineer/Consultant/Architect role.
  • Self-motivated and innovative with strong problem-solving skills.
  • 1+ years of applied experience with web development languages and REST APIs.
  • Strong data analysis and business analysis skills.
  • Ability to create process diagrams and articulate technical concepts.
