About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Desktop Support Consultant to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Configure and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software, including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their technical needs are met.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of desktop support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-time desktop support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.
  • Experience with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and network protocols.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with remote desktop tools and remote troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
