We are seeking a motivated Strata Manager to join our dynamic and supportive office. Whether you're looking to advance your career, passionate about customer service or seeking a smaller portfolio and greater flexibility, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Strata Manager, you will take on a growing portfolio that includes a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial schemes. You will be supported by a dedicated Business Development Manager, Trust Accountant, and Strata Assistant, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with owners, committees, and stakeholders
  • Prepare and manage budgets, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Chair meetings and provide expert guidance to clients
