Key Project Delivery Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our defence projects.

Job Description
  • Deliver high-quality defence projects on time, within budget constraints, and in accordance with stringent quality standards.
  • Build collaborative relationships across internal project teams and industry delivery partners.
  • Proactively identify and manage issues, drive decision-making processes, and develop resolution pathways.
  • Assess and mitigate risks for defence clients, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Oversee technical and quality assurance activities related to the design and safety analysis of defence infrastructure, guaranteeing its integrity.
  • Provide mentorship to staff seeking to develop knowledge and experience in delivering major infrastructure projects.
About You / Qualifications
  • Relevant experience leading project delivery in building services, infrastructure, or maritime sectors; defence experience is highly desirable.
  • Desirable tertiary qualifications relevant to project management or engineering disciplines.
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a current baseline security clearance are essential requirements.
