Job Description

Our team is seeking an experienced professional to fill a critical role in our organization. This position will involve providing advisory services to corporates, lenders, and sponsors across M&A, capital raise, and financial advisory services.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for undertaking complex tasks including:

  • Financial Modelling: Build and review 3 statement models, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution analysis, and merger models.
  • Valuation Methodologies: DCF, public comps, precedent transactions, and other methodologies.
  • Accounting: Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and working capital mechanics.
  • Transaction Execution: Drafting information memorandums, process materials, dataroom management, due diligence coordination, and process management.
  • Business Development: Support on business development initiatives, sector screening, prospecting for new mandates, and network building.
