Tax Advisory Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned tax advisory professional to join our team. As a key member of our Private Tax & Advisory division, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of private clients.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality advisory services, leading client engagements, and mentoring junior staff members. You will also be expected to collaborate with senior management to shape and grow the business, while building strong relationships with clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with Australia's largest private entities, offering bespoke solutions in tax compliance, strategic advisory, and commercial insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead client engagements and deliver high-quality advisory services
  • Manage staff performance, careers, and development
  • Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience advising private clients in a Big 4 or mid-tier firm
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage multiple engagements and client relationships
