Marketing Role for Cranial and Spinal Technologies

This role requires a seasoned marketing professional to develop a value proposition for our target customer audience, from insights to end-to-end customer experience.

The successful candidate will lead the development of strategic relationships with customers, creating and executing customer value propositions based on market analysis and customer feedback.

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional who can establish deep expertise on our target customer segment and integrate this knowledge into our extended marketing team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Market Analysis: Identify unmet needs and create actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the target customer segment and share this expertise across teams.
  • Customer Experience Strategies: Plan and implement comprehensive customer experience strategies that align with business goals.
  • Logistics and Administration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective logistics and administration support.
  • Events, Campaigns, and Content: Manage events, campaigns, and content to deliver seamless customer interactions.

This opportunity demands high energy levels, adaptability, and a passion for innovative marketing practices. The ideal candidate should be a collaborative problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills and a drive for continuous learning.

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with significant experience in customer-facing roles.
