About the Role

The Customer Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in championing healthcare access and equity for all by leading with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected and compassionate world.

This exciting brand-new role involves working within a talented marketing team to plan, implement, and execute Medtronic medical education and customer education and engagement events.

Cranial and Spinal Technologies is the market leader in spinal implants, robotics, and navigation, redefining cranial and spinal procedures to reduce variability and improve outcomes, ultimately restoring long-term quality of life for more patients.

You will be responsible for building and executing the value proposition for the target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience. Establish deep expertise on the target customer segment and ensure this expertise gets integrated purposefully into the extended marketing team.

  • Develop market analyses to maintain an appropriate level of understanding of the target audience, identifying unmet needs and new business opportunities that can improve marketing programs.
  • Orchestrate and integrate all elements of a great customer experience, including content, events, campaigns, etc., to maintain HCP compliance.
  • Execute events to deliver an excellent customer experience and assist the marketing team with logistics and administrative requirements.

This role requires a customer-focused approach, computer literacy, including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software, and a valid driver's license with a willingness to travel and work out of office hours as required.
