Associate Customer Marketing Specialist - Cranial & Spinal Technologies

This is a brand-new role for the Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) business, based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

About CST

Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) is a market leader in spinal implants, robotics, and navigation. We are redefining cranial and spinal procedures to reduce variability and improve outcomes, with the goal of restoring long-term quality of life for more patients. We offer an integrated solution that includes artificial intelligence-driven surgical planning, personalized spinal implants, and robotic-assisted surgical delivery to make patient care more customized.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and executes the value proposition for the target customer audience, from developing insights to designing the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Establishes deep expertise on the target customer segment and ensures this expertise is integrated into the extended marketing team.
  • Conducts market analyses to understand the target audience, develop insights, identify unmet needs, and discover new business opportunities to improve marketing programs.
  • Orchestrates and integrates all elements of a great customer experience (content, events, campaigns, etc.).
  • Maintains HCP compliance while executing events to deliver an excellent customer experience and assists the marketing team with logistics and administrative requirements.

Required Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree is essential
  • A customer-focused approach
  • Computer literacy including solid knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel and work out of office hours as required
