As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional employee experiences. Our Banking and Financial Services division is dedicated to creating outstanding experiences for our people, enabling them to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

The Voice of Employee program is a vital part of our approach, providing insights that inform and shape our initiatives. You will lead the design, delivery, and management of this program, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our business.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be responsible for supporting leaders and managers in their development, helping them to listen, learn, and act on employee feedback.

As a strategic partner, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive cultural transformation and improve employee engagement. Your analytical skills, combined with your ability to communicate complex ideas simply, will be essential in distilling insights and stories that inspire action.

  • Experience in leading or managing employee listening programs
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
