We are seeking an enthusiastic Employee Experience Lead (Human Resources) to accelerate our employee experience agenda. They will play a pivotal role in fostering **a positive workplace environment**by orchestrating effective communication strategies, cultivating **employee engagement initiatives, and championing diversity and inclusion efforts.**

Through a holistic approach, they strive to enhance the overall professional journey, ensuring that every team member feels **valued, heard, and included**, ultimately contributing to **a thriving and harmonious work culture.**

The key accountabilities of this role are in managing the **Communications Framework, Employee Engagement,** **Reward and Recognition**and **reporting** requirements. Along with Developing HR policies and strategies, advising on HR-related matters, managing workforce planning and employee experience, overseeing employee life cycle activities.

You'll need to demonstrate that you have:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, employee engagement, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of organisational culture and its impact on employee experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence positive change.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics.
- Ability to operate in a complex, fast paced environment, if you've been in the aviation/ground handling industry even better
