About the Opportunity

This is an exciting chance to own the People & Culture function for a leading organization in Central Sydney.

As the lead of People and Culture, you will be responsible for implementing new processes and procedures, managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, and developing and maintaining company culture.

You will work closely with senior leaders to build and implement processes, provide advice and support to managers, and identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years experience working within HR or People & Culture
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Experience in implementing/improving HR processes
  • Prior experience in insurance is not required but highly desirable
  • Relevant HR qualification is preferable but not mandatory
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your time

The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education and experience in managing contracts and other HR documentation.
