We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Wellbeing Specialists.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strengths-based wellbeing support to clients and communities across various locations in North and West Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse individuals, particularly those from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to travel regularly to remote communities via small aircraft or other transportation methods.

As a Wellbeing Specialist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes cultural safety and community engagement.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications or experience in mental health, community services, or social support. However, we encourage applicants with lived experience or community knowledge who are willing to build their skills with us.
