Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group sessions, strength assessments, and movement analysis with clients to support their goals and needs.
- Apply scientific concepts and evidence-based practices to develop exercise prescriptions and plans for clients.
- Establish, assess, and reassess goals for new and long-term clients to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes.
- Guide athletes or clients with fitness goals to achieve peak performance and recover from injury.
