The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, managing client documents, scheduling meetings, and processing investment applications efficiently.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication channels.
  • Manage client documents and input data accurately into our CRM system.
  • Schedule meetings and prepare documentation as required.
  • Process investment and insurance applications promptly and efficiently.
  • Communicate with fund managers and insurers on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain digital files and assist with office administration tasks.
  • Ensure sensitive data is handled securely and compliance standards are met.
  • Support strategic planning events and contribute to office activities.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks to ensure business operations run smoothly.
