Job Description

As a Mortgage Broker with our organization, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely and flexibly, supporting customers in a way that suits both you and them. This may involve working over the phone, via video, or meeting clients in person at a convenient location.

We're committed to providing our brokers with the tools and support they need to succeed. Our industry-leading technology platform and broker support model enable you to focus on what you do best—helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams—rather than chasing cold leads or drowning in admin.

This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity where you'll tap into a steady stream of pre-qualified customer appointments booked into your diary by our in-house sales associates. You'll provide expert lending solutions and guide customers through their home loan journey, harnessing our pioneering tech platform to connect with our centralized Client Solutions team who handle loan processing and admin on your behalf.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it - we can help)
  • A background in sales or customer service roles
  • Drive and determination to build a thriving mortgage broking business
  • A passion for helping customers achieve their homeownership dreams
