We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in new home sales and property.

  • Responsibilities include taking ownership of customer engagement across display homes, qualifying customers and guiding them through a tailored path aligned with their budget, design & lifestyle needs.
  • The successful candidate will also support customers through the full sales cycle from initial quote, to presenting tenders and handling variations.
  • They will manage a pipeline of prospective buyers and build strong client relationships by providing value.
  • Ensuring all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standards within required timeframes.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with all departments to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
About You

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of the organisation along with:

  • Experience in a similar role - ideally within new home sales or property.
  • A strong sales background with the drive to achieve results and support business needs.
  • A confident, outgoing personality with the ability to be engaging and build trust quickly.
  • Excellent communication and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Most importantly a passion for helping people find their dream home.
  • Adaptability to work across different display homes as required.
  • Availability to work Saturday to Wednesday, including public holidays.

The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening and depending on the inherent requirements of the role, may involve the completion of a National Police Check and pre-employment medical.
