Disability Support Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to provide one-on-one in-home care for individuals with high support needs.

This role involves a mix of shifts from 4 hours to 8 hours, offering flexibility and the opportunity for extra shifts. Ongoing training and a supportive team culture are also available.

The successful candidate will have experience in high care support, including PEG feeding, and hold relevant qualifications such as Cert IV in Disability or Aged Care. They will also require a NDIS Worker Screening Check, Current First Aid & CPR, and a Working with Children Check.

About the Role
  • Support individuals with high support needs in their own homes
  • Provide physical and emotional care, including grooming, hygiene, and bed bathing
  • Assist with light household tasks and maintaining a safe environment

Requirements
