The Technical Lead is responsible for delivering Salesforce solutions, specifically leveraging Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ, to enhance and customize our CRM and support commercial operations.

This role involves collaborating closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Principal Engineers, and Business Systems Engineers to establish technical requirements and steer the technical direction of projects.

The Technical Lead will set and continuously improve technical standards and development practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Salesforce development with experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with Vlocity, Salesforce Media Cloud, or Salesforce Industries CPQ.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching engineers in best practices.
  • Experience designing software solutions for scalability and performance.
  • Salesforce Certifications (Ideally holding several of the following):
    • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer.
    • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Consultant.
    • Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer.
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201).
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
