Tax Manager

We are seeking a skilled Manager to join our Deal Advisory Tax team. Our dynamic and fun team works on significant transactions in the Australian market, collaborating with clients across various sectors.
The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions, contributing to the growth of our Perth practice. Projects may involve working on high-profile deals that make headlines in the news.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Assist in tax due diligence
- Advise on deal structures and fund structures
- Review transaction documents
- Conduct tax model reviews
- Support post-deal integration
- Correspond with relevant authorities regarding transactions
- A tax professional with transactional experience or a passion for M&A
- Strong tax technical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and supervise/mesh mentor team members
