Job Title: Customer Service Officer

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an outstanding experience through resolution of queries, order and quote processing, and connecting customers to products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve sales enquiries within the branch or via phone and email
  • Build engaging relationships with customers and internal stakeholders daily
  • Process and data entry of customer orders, quotes, and handle end-to-end customer interactions
  • Provide product-based information and cross-selling where required
  • Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within a Sales or Customer Service environment
  • Ability to work unsupervised in a small team
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Comprehensive computer literacy specifically with Excel and Word
  • Strong time management skills with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Be safety-minded and promote all things safety within the workplace
  • Experience in the lifting and heavy rigging industry advantageous
