Automotive Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Automotive Sales Representative.

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the customer operations team to ensure smooth car delivery and pick-up processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by being responsive, reliable, and communicative.
  • Build trust with customers by being transparent, honest, and empathetic.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer operations team to ensure seamless car delivery and pick-up processes.
  • Assess cars for delivery or pick-up, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
  • Conduct test drives, close sales, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in automotive sales.
  • F2F sales experience required.
  • Experience with CRM/Sales Software preferred but not essential.
  • Valid full driver's license for this role.
  • A customer-centric outlook, with a commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
  • A solid team player with a positive attitude, ready to take on new challenges.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and proactive in owning your space and generating solutions.
