Specialist Lifting Operations Trainer

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as a Trainer/Assessor for Dogging, Rigging and Crane Operations. The role involves delivering training and assessment services for various courses, including high-risk work licenses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lifting operations, with experience in the construction, civil, resources or infrastructure sectors. They will also possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) and be accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also be able to multitask in a busy RTO environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging and relevant training and assessment services, supervising students' behaviours, maintaining equipment and training venues, and performing other general duties as required.
