Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual contributors and leaders within the organisation, offering guidance on people strategy.
- Proactively identify trends in performance and engagement, collaborating with leaders and other team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Manage employee relations matters across all levels, ensuring alignment with company values, goals, and legal requirements.
- Partner with our leadership team to ensure a smooth ramp-up process for new hires and managers.
- Advise on, manage, and administer benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to drive organisational performance review processes.
- Support global compensation strategies, including analysis, structure improvements, and long-term strategy development. Leverage your deep understanding of the local tech market to ensure that the compensation and benefits packages are both competitive and strategically aligned with business objectives.
- Support the leader in setting measurable, data-driven goals for yourself and the team.
- Collaborate proactively with the Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition teams to identify gaps, enhance systems and processes, and achieve shared goals.
- Oversee organisational projects, ensuring alignment with broader priorities and measurable outcomes.
Must-have experience:
- 8+ years of proven experience as a People Partner, HRBP or similar role
- Previous experience partnering with product and engineering organisations and understanding best practices for rapidly scaling companies
