Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with our leadership team to ensure a smooth ramp-up process for new hires and managers.
  • Advise on, manage, and administer benefits programs, ensuring alignment with market standards and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to drive organisational performance review processes.
  • Support global compensation strategies, including analysis, structure improvements, and long-term strategy development. Leverage your deep understanding of the local tech market to ensure that the compensation and benefits packages are both competitive and strategically aligned with business objectives.
  • Support the leader in setting measurable, data-driven goals for yourself and the team.
  • Collaborate proactively with the Employee Experience and Talent Acquisition teams to identify gaps, enhance systems and processes, and achieve shared goals.
  • Oversee organisational projects, ensuring alignment with broader priorities and measurable outcomes.

Must-have experience:

  • 8+ years of proven experience as a People Partner, HRBP or similar role
  • Previous experience partnering with product and engineering organisations and understanding best practices for rapidly scaling companies

Skills & Experiences:
