About the Role

As a Retirement Living Community Manager you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment where residents can thrive in their retirement years. You will oversee day-to-day operations including financial management staff supervision and customer service. Your leadership skills will ensure that all aspects of the community run smoothly and efficiently.

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve the overall quality of life for residents;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to resident inquiries and concerns;
  • Coordinating human and material resources as well as internal and external services providers to meet the needs of the community.
Requirements

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience in Retirement Living/Aged Care/Property Management at a supervisory or management level;
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills;
  • A deep understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and the retirement living industry.
