Site Facilities Operations Manager

This role involves managing facilities maintenance works to ensure timely completion with minimal disruption. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the Asset Management SME, fostering a positive and safety-focused culture among team members, and developing cleaning services schedules that integrate periodic activities without impacting facility operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage planned preventative and reactive facilities maintenance works to maintain optimal operational performance.
- Collaborate with the Asset Management Specialist to ensure accurate listings of new fixed assets in the Asset Register and prompt reporting of asset condition changes.
- Develop and implement cleaning services schedules that seamlessly integrate periodic activities into standard rostered times.
- Lead and manage the Site FM services team, promoting a positive and safety-focused work environment.
- Australian citizenship is required, and a willingness to undergo government security and employment clearance processes.
- Relevant trade qualifications in plumbing or electrical fields (Cert 4) along with state-based registration and necessary cards.
- A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes are essential for success in this role.
Effective communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team are crucial for achieving desired results.
