Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

The key objective of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of facilities management services, encompassing maintenance, repair, and minor works across assets and infrastructure.

This position plays a pivotal role in supporting senior management by maintaining administrative systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating preventative and breakdown maintenance schedules
  • Liaising with contractors and managing project timelines
  • Maintaining asset security systems and implementing energy-efficient practices
  • Delivering minor projects and enhancing overall facilities management capabilities

Fostering a culture of safety, the incumbent will maintain accurate records, adhere to WHS principles, and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

About You

You have experience working in facilities management or a related field, with a strong focus on maintenance coordination, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.

A degree in a relevant discipline, such as facilities management, business administration, or construction management, would be advantageous. Additionally, certification in WHS and/or project management would be highly valued.
