Chris Barnard Health is an Australian owned Nursing and Healthcare Agency and Recruitment company. For 12 years, CBNA has established its name as a provider of high quality, personalised Agency staff across Victoria.
Due to internal expansion and client demand we are seeking a Recruitment and Client Services Coordinator to join our Agency in our growing regions of Bendigo, Ballarat and Geelong. You will want to be a part of a successful and uniquely boutique brand, being an integral part of our growing business. You are passionate, influential and confident with a commercial focus who enjoys placing great people into great jobs as well as facilitating strong relationships with our Aged Care clients.
**Key Responsibilities in the role**:
- Sound experience in sales
- Proactively identifying talent, creating and managing staff relationships
- Working with current clients in aged care facilities, building strong and effective relationships
- Client visits to existing and potential clients to build new business
- A current Victorian Driver's license
- Great communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities
- Working closely and collaboratively with our allocations team
- Monthly meetings in Malvern East office
**Your Background**:
- Previous experience in Agency Recruitment or sales is highly advantageous
- Proven record of providing exceptional customer service
- Aged care insight highly advantageous
- Display strong work ethic and determination to achieve results
- Excellent relationship building skills - a real passion for helping people
- Experience in bringing new ideas and challenging the status quo
- Proficient with systems (particularly Microsoft Office)
- Able to work independently, have fantastic time management and resilience
- Roving role - you might live in Geelong or Ballarat or closer to Melbourne
- the role offers some flexibility for you in its everyday operation. A part time role - 3 days a week - which could even flourish into a full time position.
